Your LULAV AND ESROG

LULAV PALM BRANCH
 You need one Lulav.
 1It should be straight.
 2The leaves should be together.
 3It should not be dried out.
 4The top should not be cut off.
 5It should be at least 15 inches long.
 

HADAS MYRTLE
 You need 3 Hadasim for each Lulav.
 1It should be green and not dried out.
 2The top of the branch should be hole.
 3The leaves toward the top should be in clusters of three.
 

ARAVA WILLOW (of the Brook)
 You need 2 Aravos for each Lulav.
 1It should have long and whole leaves.
 2The edge of the leaf should be smooth.
 3The top leaves should be intact.
 

ESROG CITRON
 You need 1Esrog.
 1It should be bumpy.
 2If it grew with a Pittum then it should not be broken.
 3If the Esrog never had a Pittum it is Kosher.
 4It Should be larger than an egg.
 5No part of the Esrog should be missing.
 

How to set up your Lulav & Esrog
  
 1The spine of the Lulav should face you.
 2The Hadasim are on the right side and should be higher
than the Aravos, which are on the left.
 3Esrog in left hand, Lulav in right.
