The last date to order a set would to be shipped via ground would depend on your zip code. Please check our shipping options to determine by when your order needs to be placed.
When measuring for a new Sukkah please allow a few extra inches on either side because sizes may vary by a few inches due to manufacturing specifications.
It is also good to have a few extra inches on each side so that you will have room to assemble the Sukkah properly.
Most of the time we ship all items via UPS. If for any other reason we need another carrier we also use USPS and FedEx.
We ship anywhere in the world. We have shipped to soldiers stationed overseas in Afghanistan and Iraq. We have sent Sukkahs and esrogim sets to Germany, Australia and Venezuela. As long as there is a shipping company that goes there we can get you whatever you need.
We would recommend that you chose a delivery option that gets the package to you by September 18th, but you can still chose options that arrive as late as September 20th.
When placing your order, you can have us authorize UPS to allow delivery without a signature. If you don’t do that, UPS will leave a notice of the delivery attempt, and, if you take no action, make another delivery attempt to the same shipping address the next business day. You also have the option to call the phone number on the UPS notice and instruct them to hold the order for you to pick up in person at your local UPS delivery depot. You will need the tracking number on the notice when you call UPS, and be able to produce the notice and a photo ID when you go to pick up the order.
Once you place an order, you may cancel as long as it has not shipped. If the item has shipped there will be a 25% restocking fee. If the original sukkah or schach package is open it will not be accepted for returns. No Sukkah or Schach order will be accepted for return without an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization). The customer is responsible to pay the shipping costs to and from our warehouse.
